I was recently presented with an unrelenting urge to listen to Unearth once again after a significant break from most metal in general. Unearth are the epitome of what is great about metal - they encompass incredible melody, harmony and rhythm whilst retaining an intense power that is rarely found in such adventurous bands. They are an absolute favourite of mine. I cannot recommend the riff at 2:01 enough; it makes me want to abandon all bodily awareness and flail around in a perpetual state of glee at how awesome a riff can actually be. Unearth, I love you.
